The Saskatchewan Cornhole Association (SCA) Event fundraiser offers a new, family-friendly event to raise funds for your cause and have a great time doing it. As the fundraiser host, all you have to do is sell the tickets, bring some prizes and we will do the rest.
Fundraiser Breakdown:
Ticket Prices:
- Prices are set by the fundraiser organizer.
- Suggested retail is $30-$35 without a meal supplied and $40-$45 with venue supplied meal.
Food Options:
- Venue-supplied meal can be built into ticket prices and will include an agreed-upon menu, for example, pulled pork with coleslaw. This is an event-by-event discussion, so don’t hesitate to reach out with possibilities you would like to see.
- No food supplied with ticket purchase, with the venue open for attendees to purchase at their discretion.
Prizes:
- All prizes are the responsibility of the organizer.
- Prizes are often gathered from donations.
- If prizes are not gathered, financial prizes from ticket sales can be utilized
- Prizing would be directed toward the top 3 placing in a tournament format, at the discretion of the organizer.
Additional Fundraiser Abilities:
- If over 70 tickets are sold 10% of the bar sales (before taxes) will be given to the fundraiser. Standard drink prices are $6.00/drink +taxes.
- In conjunction with the ticket sales organizers are able to generate additional funds by utilizing fun, quick mini-games developed for the game of Cornhole. More details can be given with descriptions and instructions at the request of organizers.
Game Options:
Switcholio
- A fun event allowing all participants to play 6 games with random partners
- Once all games are completed participants will be paired randomly for a playoff
- Double elimination playoff is played to completion with a top 3 being recognized
- 6-8 games guaranteed depending on timeframe and attendance
Blind Draw
- A double-elimination playoff with completely random teams being paired off at the start
- Only 2 games guaranteed

- All bags and tablets required for your games/tournament of choice
- Knowledgeable Backyard team will run an intro to the game of Cornhole, as well as coaching on throwing techniques as required
40-60 tickets sold
- 6 lanes reserved for your event
- 4 Reserved Tables for your event
- All bags and tablets required for your games/tournament of choice
- Knowledgeable Backyard team will run an intro to the game of Cornhole, as well as coaching on throwing techniques as required
60+ tickets sold
- 8 Lanes reserved for your event
- 6 Reserved Tables for your event
- All bags and tablets required for your games/tournament of choice
